Our Community Outreach programs exist to meet practical needs while sharing hope, dignity, and care through Christ-centered service. Each outreach focuses on helping individuals and families build stability, provision, and sustainable living through simple, hands-on support/
The Clothing Room Ministry is a practical outreach of H.I.S. Church designed to provide clean, wearable clothing for individuals and families facing hardship. We serve with dignity, order, and care so people leave covered and encouraged.

Based on supply, donations, and volunteer capacity
A volunteer-run clothing room where guests receive clothing support through open hours, appointment times, or partner distribution, based on volunteer coverage and available inventory.

Coats and cold-weather gear in season
Shoes, when available
Workwear, when available
Emergency basics, when available
WHO THIS SERVES
Individuals and families experiencing crisis, job change, limited income, displacement, or emergency need. Service is needs-based and supply-based.

HOW IT WORKS
Donations are received at approved drop off points.
Items are inspected and sorted for safety and quality.
Items are organized by category and size for fast, respectful distribution.
Guests receive support during by appointment.
Visit totals are logged to track supply needs and stewardship.
PROGRAM STANDARDS
We only offer items that meet these standards.
Clean and wearable
No heavy stains, strong odors, mold, or pests
No torn seams, broken zippers, missing buttons that prevent use
Shoes must be a matched pair
No used underwear
No used socks

Partner Distribution
Select partners distribute pre-sorted clothing kits during their normal service hours.
LIMITS AND FAIRNESS
To serve more households, we set limits per visit based on current supply and household size. Limits are posted during distribution
